Very excellent people
You know how in the commercials the guy shows up same day or next day. Hahaha it's been 3 days and will take two more. That is, if the glass isn't BROKEN when it arrives from your shitty wear house. Your company is a large call center and the most impersonal repair company I have ever had the disgrace of dealing with. I only picked you cause it's free. Maybe that's why you don't care. It's the insurance paying not us after all. So screw our ability to go to work and not waste a day waiting for your incompetent production.
Appointment process was easy. Was informed of pre-appointment "things to know." Also progress of work and when car was ready for pick up. I dropped car off. There is also a sit and wait option. Mgr very pleasant. Installation looks good.
I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass! The website was very easy to use and I was able to make an appointment right away. The staff at the Stratford location were very friendly, professional, efficient, and made the entire process very easy for me.
Location manager John was amazing he was very empathetic understanding patient kind and considerate he has great attributes I would definitely consider him a cornerstone which makes a company thrive he is beyond a team player or valuable asset is kindness and attributes did not go unnoticed and me and my wife are very grateful for making our lives safer but also seeing individuals like yourself not as just a profit margin or numbers but as human beings I would highly recommend anyone looking for assistance or consultation in... read more
