I called customer service about a week ago, explaining that the roof glass panel is in need of replacement. ( the panel in between the sunroof and the windshield. I asked the agent I wasn’t sure if they covered this or not, she told me if it’s glass, they would be able to fix it. I came to the shop. The hospitality was friendly but they never asked me what my issue was or what I was coming to fix. After about a two hour wait, my car was finished.
