I had my windshield replaced and am trying to find out or talk to someone about the warranty. I called and the AI bot is set up with specific voice commands which dont fit my needs. Finally got it to put my in queue to speak with someone and then it said there was no one to talk to and hung up. Then I went online and it say it doesnt recognize my phone number and to call the number I just did. Then off the website tried texting same thing. I called it a stupid bot and wallah it put me in touch with customer service.
Customer service is amazing respectful and understanding the manager ms D amazing and has a great team on her hands she listened to my concerns and told her team i would have never gotten my window fix but ms D and her team made it quick and easy😇😇😇
I can't even get past the stupid robot on the phone. YO WHAT
Safelite did an awesome job. Windshield was replaced very quickly and the interior my car was so much cleaner than when I dropped it off.
We had a great experience at Safelite. The replacement was completed and all stickers were put back on!
