Great service
I initially thought I just needed a repair for a small crack, but I had somehow overlooked I larger crack and several chips. A full replacement was necessary. I was rescheduled quickly. On the day of the repair, I informed the team if they could get me out before 1:30 to get to a part time job on time I would appreciate it. They did just that. Friendly and quality service.
Safelite delivered throughout the customer experience. Scheduling and insurance information was easy to complete online. Communication about the cost and service was solid. The staff were professional and personable. And the quality of the work is top notch. I am very satisfied with both the process and the result.
