The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly, answered all questions and kept us informed of the progress. In and out in an hour which was lovely. Thank you to the Wakefield crew
0 stars. Place is horrible, not only are they rude, they also don’t answer the phone EVER and do a terrible job. Manager doesn’t take anything serious. They ruined my Mercedes.. I got it back from them and it started making a terrible noise it never made before. Claimed they “couldn’t hear it” Lazy, rude, incompetent.
They never tell you before the job about the fact that the glass they're using is not OEM. I did not do research prior to the appointment and now I'm stuck with something I don't want.
Safelite in Wakefield..AMAZING STAFF..AMAZING SERVICE..reliable and extremely professional. I highly recommend them if and when you need windshield replacement.
