This location is terrible. Had an appointment, but glass wasn't there. They didn't think to call and let me know, instead they wasted my time and the time of the person picking me up. If you know someone has an appointment and the glass needed for their car isn't available, why wouldn't you call them ? Total lack of respect for people's time.
Horrible!! I am highly upset at what happened to my car. They had an employee(Deana) who installed my windshield and it causes my car to flood for wksss from the rain. It causes so many electrical problems and now my car is totaled. Do better safelite!
It was an easy seamless process. Making the appointment was trivial. I didn't have to go through my insurance agent or contact my insurance company. Hardest thing I had to do was look up my insurance account number. The day of the appointment dropped the car off, walked down the street, had lunch, read a book at the town library until you called, walked back, picked the car up, and then went home.
