Staff were helpful and professional. Location is easy to access and the service was excellent. I dropped the car off earlier than my appointment and had it back before the scheduled appointment, Quick, easy, and efficient service! This was an Insurance claim for windshield
They are horrible. No one will call you back. Can’t talk to anyone at local offices. Never again.
The Safelite Team in Wakefield was really good. I would recommend them to anyone.
Jeff is useless. Ordered the wrong windshield to start. I adjusted my work schedule for my appointment and found out the wrong windshield was ordered. Wasn’t a huge deal, since mistakes happen and I was understanding. Rescheduled and didn’t think much of it…boy, was I wrong. He then said he ordered the correct one and told me to come back the next day at 8:00am. I would recommend going to any other auto glass replacement provider over this shop in Wakefield. I had two appointments cancelled on me in the same week - with both cancelled the day of the scheduled service and one after I had dropped the car off at 6am. The store manager was unhelpful and unwilling to look for solutions. Safelite Corporate tried to get involved and he was unwilling to work with them either.
