I had my windshield repair here and they did a fantastic job. Nevin was so helpful and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my car repaired and out by a certain time. Thank you so much for such excellent work!!!
My car was returned to me with my mirror tap no longer working and (after 2 additional appointments where no effort was made) they refuse to even try to fix it. The only thing we established in the 2 additional appointments was that, yes, they disconnected it, and, no, they will not reconnect it. So now it’s up to me to pull everything apart again and try to reconnect it. This is my 3rd windshield on this car, and I’ve never had a company refuse to simply return the car in the condition that they received it. Won’t make this... read more
I had a massive crack on my windshield. Safelite’s online scheduling system was easy to work with and connected with my insurance. Day of the appointment, I was seen to quickly and given a good estimate of how long the work would take. (It didn’t take that long at all!) I waited at the location. It’s nothing special but there is AC, WiFi and a table to work from, and a comfy couch. Staff were super friendly and professional.
