Great customer service fast turn around
I brought my car to JN Phillips this Thursday for an appointment I was told would take one hour. I dropped the car off early before my appointment and was told they would call me when the car was done. I did not receive a call that evening so I called the next day and they said it would be done soon. It is now Saturday evening and they are closed on Sunday so I will be without a car for 5 days for a 1 hour appointment. Terrible - terrible - company and branch. Had to take time off 3 seperate times for windshield replacement. Each time it was an excuse - wrong glass twice and broken glass 3rd time. Finally went elsewhere when on 4th attempt they called Saturday morning at 8 ( my scheduled installation time) to say they were canceling because of an emergency. Go elsewhere - they are the 3 stooges of auto glass
Replaced quickly and efficiently. Happy to have a new windshield. The technician that came was also very nice.
