Hats off the the POC mechanic. It’s a mediocre place but he tries with what he has. Deserves better.

Completely unacceptable experience. Avoid at all costs. The shop in Dorchester Massachusetts tried, and failed, to repair a basic, straightforward Subaru windshield with a handful of driver assist safety features 3 times. The glass replacement itself was OK but they have been unable to calibrate the safety features properly. This has cost us 4 separate visits to the shop, they have cancelled appointments, kept us waiting and refused to send a mobile unit to us and we have spent hours and hours wasting time while we still do ... read more
