They charged me 2 times and not try to make the situation right I had to file a DISPUTE WITH MY BANK THEY ARE SCAMMERS. MIKE LAYTON AT THE GALIVAN BLVD LOCATION CALLED ME A DAY AFTER MY SERVICE WAS COMPLETE COMPLETED AND ASKED ME TO PROVIDE A RECEIPT… I thought to myself weird because I processed the payment directly at their front desk and receive the receipt after my service was complete. Great service. Opened on time and finished within the allocated timeframe. One person show so be patient. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
It is certainly a pain when a rock leaps off a gravel truck and cracks your window, but my insurance company works with Safelite Autoglass and ironed out the business side of it. Everyone who works in the Saflite Gallivan Blvd location was lovely. They were efficient and supportive and the window is gorgeous!
