If you have a budget the owner doesn’t care! The service I got from the receptionist and the mechanics were great! I am traveling from Utah to WVa when my car unexpectedly broke down yesterday. Like Utah everything is closed. I advised the staff that I was on a budget and they told me they got me no worries. My mechanic even kept checking budget. They fixed my Ford in only a couple of hours. These are great mechanics! Very friendly service too. If I ever break down in the area I know where to go now.
I’m satisfied with the service provided to fix the issues I was having with my headlights. Another shop in Gallup - Auto Works was unable to help me & actually caused more issues with my electrical. In regards to JN JA Autos, customer service was amazing. I worked with Sandra that day who was very friendly and they got me in & out in no time. Bought this car from here total lemon don't buy your car from here they promise they will fix things then change you for it aweful place beware ps this how I got car with rigged bumper
