I purchased multiple items from them first they sent me the wrong items and few of them were missing second they had marks they were chipped they had dents on them , and when i talked to them over the phone she hung up while i was talking ,they have 0 customer service nor on phone not on email , they don’t even know how to talk to a customer let alone other things, don’t buy anything from them they’re a scam.
Brought the "Casserole Insulated Hot Pot Thermoware" and the colour was completely different to what was advertised. Emailed the staff and still have not received a refund. Unreliable customer service and products. Do not recommend.
