This is a 2 in 1 review. 1st yearly maintenance service for my mine and mom’s Generac generator. Alex was phenomenal. He installed cellular on both generators and did the general yearly maintenance on them. Very knowledgeable and polite. He answered all my questions. He did an awesome job. Very communicative.
