Joe Nasbaum, owner, and his teammates(Alex Webman and Brian Menard), did a terrific job installing our Generac standby generator. There were lots of challenges in the installation because the generator was installed on the opposite side of the house from the gas hookup and main fuse box. They had to snake the hookup through an outside trench, along furnace ductwork, through drop ceilings. Everything was done professionally, with little post installation clean up. Contacted JN electric in March as I had to find a new contractor to service my generator.. I wasn’t due for service until August. Made an appointment and sure enough the day before I received a text telling me he would be there the next day. He explained everything he did and the cost was right where he said it would be and was very competitive with my prior contractor. He was courteous and professional. I would recommend JN in a heartbeat.

Moved into an older house with a 17kw Generac system. Previous owner was using JN electric for their annual maintenance. The system was about 12-13 years old but when I moved in it was very loud, sounded like knocking or valve tapping. I previously had a Generac system so I knew that wasn’t normal.
