We had a full roof restoration done in December 2024 on our colourbond roof..We have a leak which can ONLY be coming in from the roof. The receptionist is assuming the leak is possibly coming from the skylight, which they don’t reseal around before painting.. but can’t definitely confirm it is without them inspecting it , at a cost of $175 .
