The team was very responsive to all of our questions from the beginning, which was really important to us as this was our first time having this kind of work done on our home. Dan and the team did a really good job with the roof restoration, especially the painting. We were a little worried at first because the colour we chose was much lighter than the usual roof colours you normally see on brick homes. Had my roof painted by JMZ a couple of weeks ago, and because I am selling I had a building and pest report done. I cant tell the surprise I got when he told me that one of his biggest concerns is the roof. He explained that there was numerous areas where silicon has been used to fill holes and leaks that should be repaired with caps or flashing.
