As the owner of a property that was previously managed by JMW I can only agree with the sentiments in the review submitted by Gabriele Polsoni. Issues I experienced include the following: 1. When a vacating tenant left one of our units in a bad state Jo appeared to make no claim on the bond. When I asked her about the status of the bond she made no reply. When I asked for a copy of the Condition Report from the start of the lease she effectively stated that she did not have it (makes me wonder if one was ever done?). Eventua... read more
