Called them for a boiler issue and they sorted it the same day. Very professional, explained things clearly, and left everything working perfectly.
We arrived home from a muddy camping holiday to find that we had no hot water. Josh arranged to visit, arrived as promised and methodically tested all the issues that could be causing it. He identified the problem, ordered the part and fixed it. After days of cold showers we were very happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him. And from now on we will be using Josh for our annual boiler service.
