This company was assigned to me from my home warranty to come fix my AC issue. They came out, checked it and said they have to order the part, I called to follow up twice now answer and voicemail is full. Called me back a week later, to tell me they have to come back to get the part information because somehow they couldn't order it. Its now been two weeks, I am without AC in almost 90 degree weather, my kid has Asthma and suffers every night. No part is order as my warranty company has been also trying to follow up with him... read more
Justin did good work at the end of the last season. Told us to call should we have any issues with the unit. Called twice and texted him, no reply. We have an issue with the unit he installed. I will be happy to ammend my review once Justin repairs the unit.
JMV came to my parents' rescue during the heatwave at the end of June '25. Other services told us they couldn't come for 3-4 days, but JMV drove to Eatontown the same day and got everything running. The guys are super nice and did a great job. Highly recommended.
Central air conditioner stopped working last night with outside temperature reaching 98 degrees. Called first thing this morning and although Justin had a full schedule for the day he made time for us later in the day. Extremely professional and was able to fix the unit in 20 minutes. We are very grateful and definitely would highly recommend his work
