I called asking to email my forms and the lady Miriam said she was busy, she worked 10 hours the past 2 days and that I must wait because there’s only 14 people working in this company. This is sad. And unprofessional

Such poor customer service!!! Save your time and go somewhere else.
THE WORST! Avoid at all costs. My elderly father had an appointment at 3pm with Shafin then they said he’s too busy he will do it at 5pm then he never called at 5pm so I called back and said 9pm instead and now it was 9:20pm I called back and they said he’s too busy with clients like what? What am I then? The worst customer service! No sense of respect of other peoples time. they could have easily told me no! They can’t do it instead of circling me around like that.
