I contacted Mr. John Staples regarding being a Public Adjuster representing me after calling a few numbers prior to him. I should have called John first. Mr. Staples was phenomenally easy to talk to when I explained my issue. It turned out that for this particular issue, a Public Adjuster was not needed. Definitely use J.M.Staples!!! We had major water damage when a drain pipe broke. I was referred to John from a friend, When I called John he immediately took charge and walk me through this uncertain time. John really worked hard to maximize my return from the insurance company. I called John for a water damage problem I was facing. He was super patient with me as I explained what happened, as well as extremely knowledgeable on what I should do for next steps. He was more than willing to offer advice even before we agreed on price. We’re still working through the process but given how helpful he’s already been, I thought everyone should know. 10/10 would recommend to everyone thinking about getting a public adjuster!

J.M. Staples Public Adjusters, LLC is the 911 🚨 go to when a home disaster strikes! John knows exactly what needs to be done and in what order it should be done to be properly fixed, including the vendors to use (which are amazing BTW). John's ability to navigate the insurance claim and negotiation when the ins company tries to low ball the payout is amazing, eliminating stress and hassle on the homeowner. I highly recommend using J.M. Staples for a claim!
