If you’re ever in the Heber Springs/Greers Ferry area and have issues with your RV this is the place to call. Marcus went above and beyond helping us figure out our electrical issues. We would not have had that kind of help anywhere else within 2 days before the 4th of July weekend. Jmsb Mobile RV Repair was awesome!!
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT have your RV or your camper fixed at this place. I had a roof repair that was needed, and I specifically asked the owner to work on it and oversee it. This did Not happen! The roof on my beautiful Lance 975 camper was repaired so horribly and terrible with some roof tape and leveling compound that it had to be cut out and down to the roof wood frame. We had a problem with water leaks in the bathroom on a brand new 5th wheel. It was still under warranty, but we couldn’t get the rig to a dealership. The manufacturer agreed to having an independent professional come out so we called Jmsb. Marcus came out and assessed the problem and worked with the manufacturer through email.
