Doesn't maintain their machines and keep them in good working order. We have a snack machine that almost daily when you try to use it says " Disabled by Vending machine " if you try to use a card. And if you put cash in it when its in that state, it will eat the cash or the coins, will refuse to even attempt a vend, and will refuse to return your money.
