I know absolutely nothing about cars but I know I can go here if there's a problem...l moved away from home 2 years ago to go to byu and the other students told me to go here.
I always have good experiences here! They have a shop in Lehi and Provo, making it very convenient for me living close to the Lehi one. They are very friendly and get the job done quickly!
I know the owner and they know what they're doing here. They did have some trouble because there was another shop in Orem with the same name that they weren't affiliated with and it gave them a bad reputation. J&M's is my go-to and I send everyone I know to them.
My daughter spent $2000 on June 30, 2015 to have her transmission rebuilt. July 16, 2016 her transmission went out. Went in to Clayton to see what they would do. Since the warranty on it was only good for 1 year they said they would fix for another $2000. They've put less then 10,000 miles on this vehicle and that's how they stand behind their work? Pretty pathetic.
We had to get a new transmission for our Yukon. The service was great, work was great and I am happy with the end result. We were dealt with honestly - I would recommend J&M Transmission to anyone.
Quality service- very detailed in their diagnosis and repairs....totally honest....excellent customer service- best I've ever received in the auto industry...only place I'd go for transmission concerns.
