Very upset with the way i was treated when i called. I wanted to set an appointment so i called the phone number as listed. Daricah (I think that’s how it’s spelled) asked me how big it is?? Ordered three in channel along with other material. I received everything except the channel. So i ended up paying more than i needed to. I contacted the company and they’ve said they will not give a refund due to lack of evidence which is outrageous. So if you order material and your missing something,they will take the opportunity and THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! Do not make the same mistake of buying from here like i did.

Needed some metal for a project in Murfreesboro. Had a little trouble searching for a local metal dealer, but finally found JMS. Stephanie was very helpful and sent me a quote right away. Pricing was reasonable and they were able to schedule next-day delivery. I'm sure it can't always deliver that fast, but everything was smooth. I am sure we will need some more material while we are working in the area.

They need to change there opening hours or say they open at 8 am to make sales because I was outside waiting till 6:45 am saying they open at 7 am when they don’t. They also need to work on there customer service because I’d call to one of the workers and they would be rude and all mad and even act like they didn’t hear me.
