The best Dr. I have. George the front desk is very nice and helpful always. Dr Silvia is kind and always answer all questions. She is a great Dr who carries about her patients
Doctors keep leaving the group(third doctor in 2 years). When that happens, the group will not write a refill for your prescriptions unless you make another appointment with the latest replacement Doctor. That means you would have to visit the group multiple times in one year.
The billing department is horrible. I've been trying to call them for over a month. They never answer the phones. They threatened to ruin my credit score over a ten dollar co-pay that I have proof was already paid, twice. Then they accused me of being rude to them.
Thank you to everyone at Jupiter Medical Center Physician Group who go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you to Karen, Jorge, Markia, Paulesha, Marise and Dr. Wunder. You all are wonderful, kind, and compassionate. Thank you for all that you do each day, thank you for your kindness, and thank you for your amazing work ethic. It is appreciated and noticed. I am LIVID! I’m the only employee at work so taking time off is very difficult. I need a referral for every visit with a specialist, and TWICE now I’ve shown up to my neurologist’s only to be turned away because these inconsiderate, incompetent people never sent a referral. I’ve left numerous voicemails and NOT ONCE have they called back. Pathetic practice.
