I am LIVID! I’m the only employee at work so taking time off is very difficult. I need a referral for every visit with a specialist, and TWICE now I’ve shown up to my neurologist’s only to be turned away because these inconsiderate, incompetent people never sent a referral. I’ve left numerous voicemails and NOT ONCE have they called back. Pathetic practice.
At 1000 Indiantown rd office, the reception room reminds me of a clinic in the third world. The upolistry of the furniture is beyond shabby. VERY poor reflection on the practice. Almost canceled my appointment because if the first impression is so bad, how neglected is the rest of the place ? Hamlin York
I have had three different doctors in less than two years. Now my fourth doctor will not return any of my calls before an appointment.
Finally! So happy to have found this place and could not be more happy with my choice of Michelle Valentino as my new PCP. She’s an APRN and I have never felt more heard at a doc visit. She’s very attentive, offering advice and options. Well worth the drive from Port St. Lucie. Everyone from the front desk to Michelle’s assistant are all very friendly and welcoming.
I have been looking for a primary physician practice for years and I am glad I finally found it, I had a great experience with my first visit , I got there 30 min earlier because I had to complete paperwork, they usually send this prior to the visit but I couldn’t print it so I made sure to have enough time to complete it in office, my appointment was at the time it was scheduled, my PCP Marise Desir was patient, took her time to go over my history, and answer my questions and concerns I have not had a physical in 4 years so... read more
