First time at JMS they gauged all four wheels putting new tires on. All with a circular scratch around the lugs and deep gauges around the outside of the wheel. Was told by an alloy repair shop they could not be repaired due to the depth of the gauge. Joe was very disrespectful and unprofessional to me, hung up on me, and ultimately gave no restitution.
