The challenge of selling a home built in 1921 in a market inundated with new construction can be difficult to overcome. Changing market conditions can complicate further. Jody is the best realtor we've ever worked with -- and we've worked with a lot! We live in another state and she took our rental house that was absolutely trashed and helped us get the house up for sale in a week and a half. We could never have done it without her! She is responsive and quick to action. Can't recommend her enough!

Bornerline harassment from this ambulance chasing company!!! Contacted me as I was going through inheriting a property before I even had a chance to grieve. Gave her a chance but should’ve trusted my gut. She lowballed me on the house and when I refused she tried to get me to sign for her to list the house for sale for more!! Doesn’t care about your situation just wants to make money any way she could!! Would never work with a company that preys on others vulnerable situations. Stay away!!! I searched for we buy houses and found JMS Home Buyers. Jody came out and took a look at the house, asked some questions, and then suggested that I NOT sell the house. My siblings and I had just inherited the home which is why we were looking for a cash offer. A long story short, I didn’t sell it. I bought it!
