Jody is the best realtor we've ever worked with -- and we've worked with a lot! We live in another state and she took our rental house that was absolutely trashed and helped us get the house up for sale in a week and a half. We could never have done it without her! Gave her a chance but should’ve trusted my gut. She lowballed me on the house and when I refused she tried to get me to sign for her to list the house for sale for more!!
