Jody is the best realtor we've ever worked with -- and we've worked with a lot! We live in another state and she took our rental house that was absolutely trashed and helped us get the house up for sale in a week and a half. We could never have done it without her! She is responsive and quick to action. Can't recommend her enough!
Relentless. I have no idea how I ended up on their call list. I’m spam called every other day. Predatory behavior. Anyone willing to buy in any condition for cash is not going to buy your home for its true value. If they’re this persistent with someone who IS NOT EVEN A HOME OWNER I can’t imagine how they prey on people down on their luck.
Bornerline harassment from this ambulance chasing company!!! Contacted me as I was going through inheriting a property before I even had a chance to grieve. Gave her a chance but should’ve trusted my gut. She lowballed me on the house and when I refused she tried to get me to sign for her to list the house for sale for more!!
