This has been a very frustrating and difficult experience dealing with this company. My father's supplies were not received. When I called, the worker said that she had spoken to me about picking them up. That conversation was never had! Ver disappointed
This is the place I got my wheelchair from 5 years ago and asked them about ordering a seat to replace the one that is tearing up. The owner told me he couldn't replace the seat, which was a lie. I went right in town and had one ordered from another company. I personally felt like it was because of my race because I know several people who had chairs fixed down there that were white. If you are African-American don't give them your business, because you can't get your equipment fixed! To me they just flat out lied! My family... read more
