I went in to get a nebulizer mask for an adult. Unbeknownst to me, I was sold pediatric masks. When I returned, I explained that not only was I sold pediatric masks instead of adult masks, but the masks are not compatible with the nebulizer that we have. It was then that I was rudely told "No refunds!". No where on the receipt does it indicate that there are no refunds and I did not see any signage indicating such. Called at 2 08 today to make sure what I Needed is ready I was told to come on and get the little tank that I can carry while I'm Not at home When I finally arrived the young black lady had a horrible attitude she said that I had talked to her before lunch @12 She then called me a liar

Very rude and disrespectful even to our home health nurse. 3 failed machines made us end up back in hospital. They just kept saying we didn't know what we were doing. After the 3rd failed wound vac, we had to go back to the hospital. Customer service is horrible. Avoid this place if at all possible.
