They have really bad attitudes when calling to ask questions or your concerns i most definitely won't be calling back i rather shop somewhere else !

Last week I spoke to a gentleman about needing a replacement water chamber for my cpap machine and although it was out of stock he was so kind. This week I called to check and see if more had come in and the lady I spoke to was rude. Told me that they cannot assume when shipments would come in, that they don’t have them in stock which is now 14days of not having it, and when I asked if she knew of any other cpap med supply stores I could look into instead she said no, you can call around and find one yourself. I really don't like giving bad reviews, this has honestly been a horrific experience. I was sick with the flu, Cpap was not working and I turned in my paperwork to them Jan 27...I finally called back on February 12 giving them a chance to run a check on insurance and so forth. I had to threaten to come visit the office while sick because I couldn't get any help....finally I asked for all of my paperwork and went to another medical supplier.
