I was a client of Brandon Dragan, with Vasek & Robbins. I was indigent and couldn't afford an attorney, so the court appointed Mr Dragan. I was charged with Vehicular Homicide, Class B Felony, 8 to 12 years as well as Negligent Homicide, Class C Felony, 3 to 6 years.
