My husband was recently pulled over for Drag Racing. It was recommended that we just use a public defender as the charges shouldn't be that harsh. After researching the charge, we learned that Drag Racing in Tn is now a felony and punishable for up to 6 years in Prison. So, we hired Donovan Vasek and we are SO thankful we did. We went to court yesterday and Donovan was able to get his charges lowered to Reckless Endangerment which is a misdemeanor. He will not have a felony on his record and will not lose his license!
