Truly a full service jewelry store. All the staff are kind , knowledgeable and professional. Having a jeweler (for repairs) on site assures your jewelry isn’t being taken to an outsider exposing the item to being lost. The jeweler is right there so there no miscommunication or misunderstanding about what you want repaired or made. Their engraving is also onsite, the smallest item can be engraved ! . I brought my wife's ring in for repair was greeted professionally and promptly. In this visit we were shown a diamond that fitted her ring perfectly and larger,she decided it was what she wanted instead,I bought it they mounted it on the existing ring I could not be more pleased and happy.The new one is most beautiful and needless to say my wife loves it.JMR jewelers I highly recommend them to all looking for that special piece for your love one.Tamara and Joel took excellent care of us,thanks so much.
