JMR performed well.
JMR completed concrete driveway 6/22/26. The job was poorly done with many issues. We paid them in full. As of this date the issues have not been corrected. I have filed a BBB complaint. The most challenging is communication is very poor. The workers did not speak English and the project manager never came out to review the issues. They didn't show on 3 occasions and no called us. I had three things needing repair or replacement that I could not handle. JMR sent Juan to help me. He was prompt, courteous and professional, and all 3 jobs were done well. He did a great job.
I think they did a great job. We did have some minor changes in scope and they treated me fairly. I will use them again.
