Had a car charger installed today but the installer hit a gas pipe with the drill. Within 1.5 hrs of calling JMR, the gas pipe was safe, repaired, tested and back to normal. All while the car charger was still being installed. Very pleased with the response, 2 young lads were polite and didn't waste any time. The Electrical was also pleased to be leaving without the gas pipe fixed. I am pleased with the service and using local is always best.
Excellent service from James and his team. I presented them with an 8ft long 1/4 tonne cast iron rad that they removed took off site for renovation elsewhere, and returned/refitted. They came back twice without complaint to fix a weeping joint. Superb professional service throughout, great communications and reasonably priced. Thank you!
We had to have a new boiler fitted after ours completely packed in. The team were very professional and did a great job, considering we are grade 2 listed and is notorious for being a nightmare. But it all went smoothly thanks to their great work. I have had them back on subsequent years for the service and I cannot fault them!
James and his team have done various general plumbing repairs and also serviced and repaired our gas boiler. They are knowledgeable, polite, on time, tidy and efficient. Excellent services strongly recommended.
I was delighted with the great service. The engineer arrived 90 minutes after I called as I was worried about the pressure in my boiler. He diagnosed the problem straightaway and fixed it. I’m very relieved and grateful
