Excellent service, as usual. I emailed Mark about our problem and was informed Dean would arrive the next afternoon, which he did. Boiler serviced, problem addressed. Like Mark, Dean is very knowledgeable and very polite. He also messaged me two days later (a Saturday) to check all was well - which it was. Highly recommended on all counts. I'll be back, as the man said.
Booked a heat pump service some months in advance. They failed to turn up and I was told the sub contractor wasn’t working. Mark then said he would provide another date. He failed to come back to me despite a text asking for a response. Strange way to do business
Mark and his team replaced our aging boiler. Mark had visited beforehand and assessed what was required and recommended which replacement boiler would be right for our needs. His team (Neil, Gary and Milo) were very professional, kept us informed as the change over developed and found solutions to the few unanticipated problems that cropped up during the installation. Mark and his team at JMR did a great job with the installation of our air source heat pump. Always friendly and polite with excellent communications. Highly recommended.
Mark & his team have installed a heat pump & hot water tank, to replace an old boiler. In summary, it has been a very professional delivery, by a team who are obviously knowledgeable Heat engineers, not simply plumbers. We started discussions last year, and Mark took me through a very detailed Heat Loss survey, to determine existing shortcomings in heat output, and how to resolve them.
