I have been sending emails for over two months regarding some clarification of some products and they just don’t care to respond. I also called them several times, they only ask you to email and though I mentioned the fact that I am not getting any response, they talk like it is normal and show no interest to help.

I ordered 4 fluted box newel posts from JMP. When applying stain, it was evident that the sleeve was fully cracked. They said because I applied stain that they would not swap out the cracked piece. Very poor policy and poor way to treat customers.
I am happy with the quality of the new post that I received yesterday. The style is just what I was looking for and the quality seems good. I had called with questions about sizes and materials and they were very helpful over the phone, taking their time to answer all my questions. I was worried about shipping because I needed the pieces for my project to be in very quickly, but the folks at JMP shipped it right away and took care of it for me from start to finish.
