The JMP Autowerkz Team was able to fit me in last minute and they were very knowledgeable and very friendly. They explained everything and the cost was reasonable.
Team at JMP was quick to respond to my inquiry. Very friendly and knowledgeable team. Technician did a ride along with me and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in the matter of an hour or so. Was in and out of the shop under 2 hours. Although my issue was rather trivial for an experienced technician, I believe JMP would be able to provide the same efficiency with any other issues.
Update…. I have been back only a couple of times () and these guys always do a great job. This was my first time at the shop, because of the recommendation from neighbors. I have to say, I’m glad I listened to my neighbors! It was a great experience with these guys at the shop. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I just bought an older VW and had some issues I needed to be checked out. They did not try to talk me into amy unnecessary repair and they were honest about the shape of the car.
