Absolute Worst experience of my life!! I have never dealt with anyone more rude and I professional then this company!! They literally give ZERO cares about you or your children as long as they make a quick buck Michael and Erik are master manipulators and liars and will play pass the buck and NEVER take accountability for their process being 14 weeks behind!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would!!! Typical turn around time for KAFO braces is 3-4 weeks! Knowing they were "understaffed" And "overloaded" they still decided they could handle the case load and decided to full my son's order knowing they could never complete them on time!! Now it been over 16 weeks and I still do not have my son's braces. This manufacturer is criminal purposely hurting children to make a few extra dollars instead of turning down work they know they can't complete on time or even near on time! M... read more
