The young fella (really wish I could remember his name) from JML Plumbing & Gas, phoned ahead, arrived when he said he would, worked fast, did a good job and charged me a reasonable fee. He explained the work to me, and talked through what he’d done when he finished. He also seemed genuinely happy to be working for the company, and talked up the business philosophy and values.
