JML were hired by our agent for a shower head replacement. They were advised (including a link) of the type of dual head we wanted. They installed a standard single head instead. They admitted they had made a mistake and offered to replace it with no labour charge, but offered no refund for the price of the wrong head they installed ($52) and wanted to charge a 12.8% ($51) premium over the regular price of a recommended dual shower head unless we supplied the head ourselves. Extremely slow to provide a quote. So slow I've been waiting 2 weeks. I've moved to another plumber and when JML end up sending the quote, I'll wait double the time taken to reply.

I visited to ask for advise on my trailer plumbing and the guy was very helpful/advised me best way tonget things sorted.. and I passed on their number to friend for his plumbing issues because I just liked them for their customer service and not wanting money for advise.. hehe

Woke up to a blocked toilet this morning at 630am, called up the office at 8am Jude managed to squeeze me in between 2-4pm before the long weekend (despite being fully booked). Mohammad got here just after 2, got straight into it, cleared the roots quickly and pinpointed where the crack in the pipe was and walked me through everything really clearly. Pricing was fair and Jude was upfront and explained it all before I accepted the job. So pretty happy all round! Thanks guys!
