Outstanding Customer Service JML Audio had me at "Cars that are no longer brand new should not be called 'used'; they should be called 'loved.'" I found JML during a search for a place I could trust with my LOVED 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe. Joshua and his team are just awesome on what they’re doing to help out with the first responders and medical people needing help to protect themselves. Can’t say enough for them doing this to help so many others out. We can all pitch in someway somehow by doing what’s right and just helping each other get through this stay well!!

JML Audio is a first class operation. Josh and his team have taken care of all my custom auto needs for over a decade. Always pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship and cleanliness of the shop area. The attention to detail is incredible and I highly recommend them.

Kim Augustine JML Audio is TOP NOTCH!!! They went above and beyond for me. I had to get a new spare key from my dealership and when the dealership programmed the key they messed up my auto car start. I set up an appointment with JML to get it re-programmed and fully intended to pay for this service as it certainly wasn't any fault of theirs but Josh insisted they would take care of it.
