We worked with JM to do the designs for our new build. I had no idea where to start, but JM was patient and thorough throughout the whole process, producing a very detailed plan with beautiful colours, surfaces and fixtures that we just love. I cannot recommend Jan-Marie highly enough. When we purchased our new house we knew it had great bones but we didn’t have the time to create what we needed, a sanctuary. We’ve recently done JM’s in-home consult, and all I can say is: money well spent! We asked to focus on floor plans and walked away with some definitive decisions about what should be in and out of scope of a renovation, an indication of ballpark costs (which no builder or draftsperson has been able to give us), and some personal referrals for reputable builders (who were at our place within a day to talk next steps). JM was simply amazing! From the very start at the initial meeting JM was across everything and made us feel very comfortable that she had everything under control. As expected with a renovation things can go wrong but nothing was ever to hard or anything that JM couldn't fix and was always available. The process from start to finish and the experience was very enjoyable and we would absolutley be using JM in the future for all of our projects. If you want the best, JM is your go to!
