Took my payment upfront for a check of my property to see our my ideas on renovations and my plans and hers didn't align but she didn't actually do anything for the high amount i paid her for the meeting. When I've asked for at fair harf refund she refused and just kept my money but didn't supply me the service i paid for. Very unprofessional, her contractor builder who came around to quote me also stuffed me around for months waiting for him to come do repairs and I've reschedule another start date but he then made me wait ... read more
I cannot recommend Jan-Marie highly enough. When we purchased our new house we knew it had great bones but we didn’t have the time to create what we needed, a sanctuary. We recently used JM's services for a large interior renovation, and would highly recommend! JM understood the vision for the renovation and delivered designs that absolutely hit the brief. As time poor people, having an experienced person doing the hard yards of bringing our vision to life was game changing. The group of trades used for the renovation were also exceptional, and having JM's team that she uses took so much stress out of finding the right people for the job.
