Good evening. I was broke down on a Friday at 4pm. There was nobody that would help me with my Freightliner I called a dozen different shops everyone said they didn’t work on the weekend. Miguel answered said don’t worry I’ll help and he was a person of his word showed up in the morning took me to get parts and he put them on and I was on my way thank you Miguel
We originally left a 5 star review. He came quick, got the job done, seemed reliable, and we even tipped him well for getting things done in our time of need. Ever since though things have continued get worse and worse. Wires on our trailer have now melted multiple times. He said he’d come out and change something a while ago, never showed up and we never heard from him again. Hooked up my truck so it would charge the battery for my trailer. Stayed late to get the job done so I could have my truck on a job site the next morning. Came back right away for a minor adjustment that was needed. 5 stars in my book. Fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. Number saved in my phone for sure.
