Dishonest working environment. There are information gaps, specifically info relevant to perform ones duties effectively. The culture is petty and toxic. Most importantly, if you interview here please be absolutely sure as to what they want you to be doing and how they mean to go about teaching you. Gaps can be intentionally unaddressed, also complicated processes are briefly mentioned then the thought process is that "you are trained". The culture is petty and toxic. These information gaps are then leveraged against you to build a case on your worth as an employee. A family member of mine was fired from JMI. This family member was told it was because of complaints. They were not told what the complaints were and they were not given the chance to correct any mistakes. I am immensely disgusted by them and this is no place to work. Ten out of ten would never recommend.
