I called and the lady who answered the phone was very nice. She quickly found my patient file which since I had not been there for almost five years was a pleasant surprise. I asked for an appointment to get a prescription for a new Bipap machine and they worked me in in about two days. Nice! My file was reviewed and updated and I got a new machine ordered the same day. Now I'm waiting for the machine to arrive at my medical supply center. No complaints, everything seems to be as I expected it to be.
I had a great experience. They were very informative and helpful. Nick I think was his name was great and very nice. I would recommend this place.
I've seen a lot of bad reviews from this place and reading through them I'd say Dave got a lot of it worked out, my mom did have some trouble getting her results and records transferred. But my own personal experience has been pretty positive, I was diagnosed with narcolepsy in October 2020, and I have taken pretty good care of me throughout the whole thing. They have a new doctor and they have their offices sorted out for the most part so I get fast callbacks and efficient care.
If you can get a person to answer the phone or call back when you leave message AND when you get someone with a pulse pray desparately they don't hang up on you after you been on hold for 13 minutes. PLEASE SOMEOME.WAKE THESE PEOPLE. THEY BEEN SLEEPING FOR WAY TO LONG
Terrible. They open whenever they want. They dont return calls.
