The one true measure of a maintenance vendor is standing behind their work. Unfortunately Jon Grella doesn't feel the same. We contracted out JMG to do work for us through White Property Management. It went great for a while, however when they did two new HVAC installs for us at a duplex, everything fell apart. We have had countless issues over the past six months or so, and we have had to eat the cost of other HVAC companies continuing to correct their install mistakes.
