The one true measure of a maintenance vendor is standing behind their work. Unfortunately Jon Grella doesn't feel the same. We contracted out JMG to do work for us through White Property Management. It went great for a while, however when they did two new HVAC installs for us at a duplex, everything fell apart. We have had countless issues over the past six months or so, and we have had to eat the cost of other HVAC companies continuing to correct their install mistakes. Jon has taken super care of my heating and cooling systems for a few years now. Grateful for his excellent advice that has saved me over the years. Very prompt and always communicates appointment times. This man is a service gem!
Jon is great always goes into great detail with the issues found and explains in a way that you can understand. He has been servicing my HVAC system for several years now, he is fantastic!
Had a problem with HVAC system after a power outage from a storm. JMG was in contact quickly and very responsive with scheduling/ETA. Jon came out and spent time explaining what needed to be done and why. He had the issue fixed in no time. I'll definitely be recommending his company to everyone I know who needs a reliable and trustworthy company that they can depend on!
Jon is amazing and my only regret in hiring him for my AC and Heating is that I didn’t find him sooner. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he is doing how it all works. He is honest and has saved me a TON of money by fixing my system when another company just wanted to replace it. He is responsive when you need him and an absolute delight to deal with. I’m disappointed that I can only give him five stars. Highly highly recommended!
