We just bought a JMG Custom Home and are very pleased. It is obvious much thought went into the planning of the layout. The designer is great to work with. If you are looking for a new build, check out JMG.
Do not buy from these people! Horrible business practices and don’t stand behind their work.
I purchased a brand new construction home from JMG Homes in the Timber Banks Baldwinsville development in the fall of 2025. Shortly after move in water intrusion through insulation covered basement walls and foundation cracks were discovered. This is an issue that is explicitly covered under their written warranty.
