John Faber helped me out a year ago when I first moved into my home, helping to get our central air up and running by replacing a transformer. He seemed quick to respond to our call, and helped us trouble-shoot some other issues as well, even responding to a few of our emails with detailed info. We were left with a good impression of him and his work. A year later, I cannot get in touch with Mr. Faber.
