Best shop I've encountered in a long time. Ed and Enzo are the best. I highly recommend JME.
I was changed $240 for a Subaru CrossTrek rear wheel bearing that I can buy at autozone for $120, $60 on Amazon. Another $240 to put it on my car. They seem like nice guys, but I kinda think I got screwed.
Got rid of the thudding sound from a wheel bearing and a rattling sound from the rear when idle (shield weld). Happy with the results.
Could not be more impressed with my experiences with Enzo and his crew. These guys are honest, competent and reasonable. I am always given a thorough explanation. of my problem and even shown the issue with the parts being replaced. I recently had a serious safety issue that needed immediate attention. Without hesitation, I was able to get an appointment the following day and the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. I would highly recommend JME automotive!!!
My car was on its last leg and Enzo and his team made it feel brand new!! During the week of Christmas… They care for you like family, so glad I made the decision to go there.
