Have been going through JMD for a very long time. They were always on top of things, nice and super accommodating. The last year or so they really let a lot of things fall through the cracks and left us to figure things out on our own which sort of defeats the purpose of using them. Updating that we had an incident where we needed assistance and JMD told us to call the insurance company directly. Unsure what the point of having a broker is.
