I have been here for 10 years I have become to love my neighbors we are like family close to Robinson moon in Kennedy you are dead smack in the middle access to every thing including the hospital our maintenance crew is terrific and we now have a new apartment manager young very eager to make changes for the better just what we needed a breath of fresh air

Visited a friend and helped her move out. Prices for these old, run down, small studios that are not fully maintained prior to moving in is ridiculous. Just glad she only stayed for 4 months. Look around before leasing here as there are cheaper places nearby. I once rented from JMD as a last resort as everyone was moving during the beginning of the pandemic. Prices were better then but now, every place seems to be raising their rentals.
