Asked for a quote and was expecting a contractor or sales guy to come out and do a walk through. Instead they sent someone from another division to take pictures and measurements "so that they wouldn't have to come out". 4 weeks later, still not a single word back from them. Doesn't seem to be just them. Same thing with 4 other contractors. 1 didn't respond to a phone call for a quote. 1 was sort of a jerk over the phone. 1 said he would send someone out to do measurements, never heard back, and 1 wants to go into contract b... read more
