My experience with JMC Pools was extremely disappointing. Their customer service is rude and unprofessional, making communication difficult and unpleasant. Additionally, their staff is hostile, and instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they prefer to blame the customer. This kind of attitude shows a lack of commitment and respect. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to anyone who values reliable service and proper customer care.
