I'm so impressed with the services John provided us. Both a/c units on my RV went out, one was not cooling and the other had an error. Called him and explained to him the situation and that my parents were staying in the RV, his first question was "are they sleeping in the RV with no a/c?" I said yes and he responded that's not good I will do my best to stop by this afternoon if not tomorrow for sure and sure enough he showed up the next morning and within a few hours he had both a/c units working great. Fantastic service, fast to get here, and quickly got the motor replaced on our slider. Also did some recommended maintenance on the travel trailer. He also evaluated our AC unit to possibly clean it but decided it wasn’t necessary and recommended we don’t spend the money. I highly recommend!
Wow! What a great RV technician! He not only gave us same day mobile service, he came and fixed our AC and replaced our step motor quickly, efficiently, and inexpensively! He was patient and kind and even allowed us to watch and learn. I would highly recommend him for your mobile RV needs!
