Shawn Mobley and the office staff are Wonderful! Especially Cheryl Oaks Moore she is so kind as is Shawn very understanding and willing to work with you on anything. Trucks could be better taking care of but besides that they are a great run company because of their employees!
This company appears to be great company from appearance but once in the door you quickly find out that the Christian atmosphere they throw at you is fake. I left the company and they did not want to pay me for my last week of work forced me to sign a resignation form in there words in order to get and also tried to charge me for company late fees and storage charges to make me stay. This company is a small "family" company and strives to make every customer happy. Everyone that I worked with was very professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company for any of your transportation and storage needs!!
A very poorly run company. Every now and then you come across a company run by a dishonest and deceitful person and TLC Express is one of them. Doing business with Paul Brehm is doing business with someone who is capable of dishonesty with little ethics. Paul will cheat you in a heart beat, as he tends to be a very cheap person, who will not hesitate to push the boundaries of integrity if it means saving a dime.
