Contacted John for a boiler repair, was with us next day and knew exactly what the problem was and had the parts needed with him. Very reasonably priced and honest about whether other work was needed. Would recommend for anyone with an electric boiler.
If you have an electric boiler with a fault, look no further. John's been looking after my electramate boiler for the last 5 years, always prioritises you to ensure you've got hot water/ heating, always a fair price too. To add to that, we recently started renting out our flat, and he ensured the letting agents didn't screw us over by taking a ridiculous mark-up when the boiler had an issue! Also just a great guy to chat to!
John is completely unreliable and unprofessional. He had installed a new shower and didn't check for leaks which resulted in over £250 worth of damage to my laminate flooring in the room next door due to flooding. I contacted him regarding this issue which he came and rectified eventually. As for the damaged laminate flooring in the room next door he hasn't paid for it.
