If this was review was for the initial remodel it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, Larry ghosted after agreeing to some additional work to finish the bathroom and the toilet installed stopped working after a few days. When notified he stated, "That is strange I will have to look into that," and he would come next week. That was over 3 weeks ago and no call, text, or show.

Larry gave me a fair estimate for installing crown moulding. Everything was done expertly, on time, and on budget. I appreciate JMC Construction, and I’m asking them back.

JMC performed several upgrades for me, painted exterior, updated my kitchen countertops with a slight rearrangement of cabinets, added an awesome backspash, put down new flooring and completed items left by another group, this included a bathroom update and a back porch reno to meet my vision. Reviewed my work up front and emailed a contract that had exactly what we talked about. I'm hoping to enlist his help in 2025 to complete another bathroom and install flooring in two more rooms. You won't go wrong with JMC!

Larry is totally knowledge of all aspects of construction. We had damage to our roof and ceiling caved in with water damage: he was punctual for the initial meeting and all others. He wrote an estimate immediately and began work once our insurance approved. He cleans up , does not leave trash from damage lying around. The roof and the interior damage is completely finished and is an example of his patient to make everything right. He is The Best!

I absolutely love how my bathroom turned out! Larry did a fantastic job painting and taking down the old mirror and light fixtures. After painting, he rehung my light fixtures and hung new mirrors. He also completed the job quickly, professionally, and efficiently. I will definitely use them for my future projects! Thank you.
